We, Hinoki Wood Work, want every customer to be happy with every purchase. Therefore, we offer returnable purchase on all new and unused items within seven (7) days of purchase, while defective products will be replaced at no charge.

Due to nature of the sale, any custom, engraving or personalized order is non-refundable once payment is made.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged product during delivery, defective product and/or incorrect delivery shall be notified to us at the number and/or email given above within seven (7) days of receipt. We reserve the right to reject any claim for return or refund of any purchase against delay notification.
Please note that Hinoki Wood Work will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or lost shipments, so we advise you to use a reliable shipping carrier with tracking and/or delivery insurance, especially with higher value items.
Returned Orders
Once we have received the claim for returned orders, we will notify you by email and begin processing the return. It should take three (3) to five (5) business days to process and refund will be put back onto the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees that were paid as part of the order are not refundable. Any claim for return without prior notifications and/or not in new condition will be rejected.
